Tenir un nom ex\u00f2tic i una aura de superfood ajuda a posar la col, un aliment tradicional d\u2019hivern, en una bona posici\u00f3 dins del podi dels aliments nutritius. Aquesta \u00e9s una bona oportunitat per tornar a mirar-nos les varietats locals d\u2019una altra manera, com el que s\u00f3n, un\u00a0realfood.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els an\u00e0lisis de la col kale ens ofereixen un quadre nutricional molt atractiu<\/strong>: important pres\u00e8ncia de fitonutrients (alguns ben coneguts per ser potents antioxidants amb propietats anticanger\u00edgenes), alts continguts d\u2019algunes vitamines del grup B, vitamina C i vitamina K, alta concentraci\u00f3 de calci (de f\u00e0cil absorci\u00f3) i d\u2019altres minerals com el magnesi, el ferro, el potassi\u2026 Els nutricionistes tamb\u00e9 en destaquen el seu efecte antiinflamatori i desintoxicant gr\u00e0cies als omega-3 i al sulfur, respectivament. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s de la fibra, poques calories\u2026 Vaja, una col nascuda per triomfar.<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/www.pages2punt0.com\/2014\/10\/kale-cols-arrissades-i-superfoods\/<\/p>\n<p>Si una col triomfadora!! afegirem m\u00e9s receptes de col, per\u00f2 que millor que comen\u00e7ar amb unes &#8220;xips&#8221; saludables!!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fulles de col arrissada (sense tronquets)<\/li>\n<li>oli d&#8217;oliva<\/li>\n<li>una mica de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rentem la col i separem les tiges de les fulles. Posem les fulles a una safata amb un tros de paper de forn. Tirem l&#8217;oli i barrejem b\u00e9, fins i tot amb les mans. Despr\u00e9s afegim la sal i ho col\u00b7loquem al forn, a uns 180 graus uns 10-15 minuts a la part superior, vigilem b\u00e9 fins que les vores comencen a estar de color marr\u00f3, que no es cremi. Ha de ser agradable i cruixent!!
