Podem afegir fruita, coco, pol\u00b7len, &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2,5 tasses de flocs de civada<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de nous a trocets<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tassa d\u2019ametlles o avellanes a trocets<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tassa de llavors de lli<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de llavors de carbassa<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de llavors de girasol<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de panses de ra\u00efm<\/li>\n<li>3 cullerades d\u2019oli de coco<\/li>\n<li>3 cullerades de xarop d\u2019aur\u00f2 o d\u2019atzavara<\/li>\n<li>3 culleradetes de canyella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparem<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Escalfem el forn a uns 180 graus<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7loquem les nous i les ametlles o avellanes en un processador d\u2019aliments i trinxem durant uns segons<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, afegim a un bol gran per barrejar amb la resta d\u2019ingredients secs, excepte les panses i la canyella. Barregem tot.<\/li>\n<li>Fonem l\u2019oli de coco amb el xarop d\u2019aur\u00f3 i la canyella al foc. Una vegada que s\u2019ha desfet i ja ho\u00a0 tenim com a l\u00edquid, ho afegim al bol amb la resta d\u2019ingredients i barregem molt b\u00e9. Tot ell quedar\u00e0 molt enganxos.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7loquem la barreja en una safata i al forn uns 30 minuts.
