Quan estan hidratades fan un gel que en el nostre est\u00f3mac absorveix aliments i calories que mengem. Perfectes si es vol perdre pes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest pudding es ideal com a postre o per satisfer la nostra gana en qualsevol moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bc tassa de llavors x\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>1 tassa de llet d\u2019ametlles\/arr\u00f2s\/civada<\/li>\n<li>Opcions: 1 cullerada de cacau en pols \/ 1 tassa de nabius\/ 1 tassa de maduixes\/ pr\u00e9ssec\/ mango\/ &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Si ho volem m\u00e9s dol\u00e7 podem fer servir: xarop d\u2019aur\u00f3, melassa d\u2019arr\u00f3s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barregem amb el minipimer o batedora la llet vegetal amb el gust que volguem (opcions) i si volem afegir algo m\u00e9s per endolsir. Afegim les llavors x\u00eda i barregem. Ho deixem reposar uns 20 minuts i tornem a barrejar. Deixem a la nevera!!
